How we helped Repton plc.
Repton plc is a market-leading reseller of HP, IBM, Sun and Cisco. The business had a junior sales team who were lacking the skills to generate new business leads using the phone.
We worked with them to increase their confidence through a training and development programme. They were taught valuable skills including overcoming fear of the phone, and turning objections into warm leads.
The results were so spectacular that we were retained to train, develop and remotely manage what is now a 20-strong sales team. Each person gets individual attention and development.
Repton's team is kept well motivated and focused on achieving tough sales targets. They must pass take our training course and pass a series of exams before they can progress within the company.
